InkBusters previously had no branding and a home made website. Although it worked, the conversion was low and they were answering the same questions over and over. A new logo and website were created which established instant credibility among website visitors and gave them the information they were looking for. InkBuster’s conversion rate skyrocketed and they were spending less time fielding customer questions. Also, by simply building the website properly, they jumped up from page 15 to page 3 on major searches in a few weeks without any special search engine optimization efforts.
