Many moons ago we built CaliforniaBeaches.com – a niche site focused on providing information on beaches throughout California including photos, parking details, nearby restaurants/hotels/attractions, weather, and many more data points. The site was highly focused on SEO to be the top resource site for everything related to beaches in California and earn income via ads.
After many years of success with a focus on California, the site owners were ready to redesign and grow into more states. We have launched the new site for Hawaii and the site owners are currently collecting data for Washington and Oregon.
The site is built using WordPress Multisite to allow easier updates to the theme and plugins across the entire network of sites in a single place. Each site includes custom Google Maps integration, search capabilities, and data structures to help make managing the site a breeze.
