Revenue Cycle Coding Strategies worked with us to overhaul a very dated system they used to work with their clients needing information about medical billing data. Previously, they would get a request from a client asking for costs on a procedure in a specific location and someone at RCCS would manually lookup data in Excel files and manually produce a PDF file to send back to a client.
We automated this entire process by building a custom WordPress plugin using data from their massive, complex database to allow their client to do their own lookup online which resulted in a custom generated PDF that could be downloaded. The process works for all their procedures in all regions across the country. Also, we built the entire system to work in a WordPress Multisite environment so it could be quickly and easily cloned for use with other clients in the future.
The design of the site is simple and sweet: Look professional but make it very easy for their clients to use and get the information they need without much fuss.
With the site built on WordPress, the client can continually make updates to the site content on a regular basis without needing our help. We also integrated a 3rd party live chat and getting all forms to go into their CRM system.
