WordPress: How to setup named anchors

If you want to create a link to a point on a page, here is how to do so in WordPress. Often times this is used for an FAQ page to create a list of questions and link to an answer further down the page. This does require to use the TinyMCE Advanced plugin to give you access to the Named Anchor feature in the visual editor.
